Madison County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (MCVOAD) coordinates the relief efforts provided by local non-profits and other helping groups in times of disaster. They provide volunteer training and coordination prior to disasters as well as resources, volunteers and long-term recovery efforts after a disaster.
