We’re proud to award a $5,000 grant from our Community Impact Fund to Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center in support of its Systemically Saving Lives of Breast Cancer Patients and Survivors in North Alabama initiative.
This grant will help Forge provide personalized support services that remove barriers to breast cancer treatment and survivorship, including transportation assistance, mental health counseling, financial assistance, mentorship, and other critical resources. By improving access to care and helping patients stay on track with treatment, Forge is working to improve health outcomes for breast cancer patients and survivors across North Alabama.
