As Operations Manager, Josh oversees the daily operations that keep our firm running smoothly. From refining internal processes to supervising support staff and ensuring regulatory compliance, he plays a key role in delivering high-quality service. He works closely with advisors and administrative teams to create an efficient, responsive, and client-focused experience at every level of the firm. Josh’s calm, solutions-oriented approach makes him especially effective at resolving complex operational challenges and client concerns. His background in ministry and years of experience in client service have equipped him with a deep well of patience and a genuine desire to help others.
Originally from Greenhill, Alabama, Josh earned his bachelor’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University in 2009. He and his wife, Britney, live in Huntsville with their two beloved cats, Esther (Momma Kitty) and Mufasa (Muffy). Outside of work, Josh is an active member of the Rock Family Worship Center and enjoys traveling with Britney whenever they get the chance.
