Congratulations, Downtown Rescue Mission, for receiving a $5,7000 grant from our employee giving fund, VectorCARES.
At the Downtown Rescue Mission, they offer Help and Hope — help to overcome hunger, homelessness, addiction and abuse, and eternal hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ. The Downtown Rescue Mission also provides free laundry services to over 250 men, women, and children daily. This service is just one way they can help their guests feel cared for while they are staying in the shelter or Life Recovery Program. With this grant, Downtown Rescue Mission can upgrade their laundry services with a commercial dryer to serve a larger number of people.
